So much teamwork has gone into investigating these proposed warehouses that are so inhumane. Great work by all organizations that have contributed to making the towns aware of what is being done by ICE.
Pennsylvania is challenging the warehouse detention centers, too, but by using administrative orders from PA DEP. We also have seen no evidence of environmental impact assessments.
NEPA: in Maryland, a threatened river system and endangered mussels are literally pirating ICE's case. Beyond the school (a not insignificant threat to life and safety) what's the potential corollary environmental damage at the Arizona facility?
