While I couldn't find how much has been "recovered" within our country, there have been zero dollars recovered from other countries. So now we will double down and send people to other countries to collect debt? Now there's a job every American will be chomping to get. Am I missing something?

I learned that when Slave Holders pursued their "property", they and the government spent more money and created more ill will than they had bargained for, and Canada and Britain were not cooperating.
