I'd laugh at the absurdity of this except that I find it horrifying. I hope the Mexican government blocks these people from entering the country. Can you imagine a "bill" collector from another country showing up on your doorstep demanding payment for "fines? Anyone who attempts this is insane, IMO. Someone is going to get hurt.
Why are we paying our taxes for this? It’s completely absurd and a waste of funds that could go toward food, housing, and medical care. They’re constantly saying they have no money and they keep paying contractors billions of dollars.
So first we kidnap and deport people without due process and now we are going to charge them for that privilege? The U.S. government is completely ungoverned.
