Don’t just sue. Cut off their utilities and refuse them a certificate of occupancy until they can prove they have met all local, state, and federal requirements.
Maryland should sue under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act and the Immigration and Nationality Act. Governor Wes Moore should contact DHS as well.
This is such wonderful news! This Warehouse with two additional buildings next to it is literally in my backyard. We've been fighting this since we first heard about it.
