of course the government will use all the local resources to include storm sewage, roads and upkeep, electrical services.etc.

All local companies should refuse service and anyone who enters into contract locally their company names and officers should be published to the local community!

Ravenhill's avatar

local food service companies should be included in this and exposed if they enter into any contract as well as state and local officials who remain silent or who agree with the placement of this facility!

Maybe local sewage cleanout companies who will be needed to pump out these restroom trailers should be named and their owners.

Maybe trail cams should be put up along the public right away leading to these encampments and downloaded regularly.

Sounds like public health hazards.

It is for those detained and those working there and we in DC just dealt with a major Potomac River spill. This has the potential to be far worse.

The Trump regime, Homeland, Security, ICE agents, etc. don't know how to care for people and their needs! They aren't concerned about who needs water, or enough water, or clean water. ICE agents don't always give the prisoners water and some prisoners have said the water is discolored and may make them sick! Who needs a contract for clean water when they can truck in any old, cheap, substandard water that they can get ahold of. That's not enough toilets for 1,500 people! And they have to be emptied all the time with that many people using them. Where are the clean water stations and soap for people to wash their hands!? It is unbearable to see these horrifying "warehouses" going up around this country! Members of Congress are not being allowed to go into current ICE facilities without at least a weeks notice. There needs to be enforcement of regular inspections and consequences for infractions. people are already dying and suffering in current ice facilities. I can't imagine being imprisoned in one of these places. They are horrid, windowless, torture, concentration, death camps! These developments should be stopped NOW!

The people of Maryland and their great Governor are trying. It’s that Congress and SCOTUS have abdicated all responsibility.

11 dead in detention this year. 3 in Camp East Montana (TX) alone.

Are we going back 100 years now, before indoor plumbing? Making Cholera great again?!

Well, we've had great success with the Measles comeback and now they want to bring back Chickenpox, so our younger generation also has to struggle with Shingles.(which, being from Varicella virus, requires a prior case of Chickenpox)

And that’s if they live long enough.

The current regime knows nothing of plan b because they have no plan a…like a bunch of kindergarteners planning a coup at school…sometimes it’s really a blessing they are so useless. As always thank you for digging up the info.

Manufacturer is JAG mobile solutions https://www.jagmobilesolutions.com/story.php

I gave them a call and they did not confirm or deny selling these directly to the government so it may be a third party but I figured it's good to get the name out there anyway. (800) 815-2557

There are several bills moving through the MD state House and Senate restricting the creation of detention centers. HB0630 includes the restriction that they not be managed by a “private entity” and outlines adherence to zoning requirements — that’s just on the House side so far. Other less comprehensive bills — HBs 1017 and 1018 have moved on to the Senate. All seem aimed at Hagerstown warehouse.

Great work getting this info out!

This is all part of their horrific and inhumane deportation plan.

I hope many of us who read these posts can write brief letters to the editors of your local papers. We need to spread the word to a wider swath of people so they understand the magnitude of what they’re doing.

Let us also add local sewage disposal companies that come and vacuum out the mobile restroom trailers to the list and expose those company names and the owners as well.

Maybe trail cams put up along the public right away leading to the encampments should be installed and regularly downloaded.

“The trailers had been on site for two days when, on Wednesday evening, Judge Brendan A. Hurson of the Federal District Court in Maryland issued a temporary restraining order halting all construction and renovation at the Wright Road site for 14 days.”
